11:00 am: Doors open
11:30 am – 12:15 pm: Live Auction
12:15 pm: Potluck Lunch
1:00 to 3:00 pm: Silent and Sign-up Auction
4:00 pm: Doors close
Please join us for our 2024 service auction October’s Happening, an afternoon event. Our fun will start at 11:00 am with entertainment, a live auction featuring Allen Zinnes as our auctioneer. Then enjoy our pot-luck luncheon of many favorite potluck dishes that will be shared by all. Cold and hot drinks as well as a vast selection of desserts.
During the afternoon be prepared to have fun together. Fun bidding on the many offers at the auctions as you enjoy a most memorable day. Be sure to experience it all – The Food, The Live Auction, The Silent Auction, The Signups and more. Plus, Global Mamas items will be sold by Fran Kennedy.
Admission: $5.00 with a potluck food dish for the luncheon; $10 without bringing a dish to share.
What could YOU offer at the auction? If you are planning a specific event, please set a date so people can plan. If the event is for a specific number of people, please tell us. All kinds of offerings and goods are appreciated.
