Judy and Frank Claps have agreed to do the off-site planning for the May 3 UUCLV Spaghetti Lunch. Help is needed. Here are the supplies that are needed: Spaghetti, sauces, meat balls, salad, salad dressing, Italian bread, butter, desserts, drinks, grated cheese, ice, table cloths and decorations, paper products and plastic utensils.
Jobs that need filling include: on-site coordinators, cooks, runners, servers, setting up, cleaning up, money collectors, counters. Deadline is April 19. Lunch will be held after service.
